The Individualized Weightlifting program is designed for the specific needs of each athlete. This will directly target weaknesses and highlight strengths to create a competitive weightlifter or catapult an athlete to the next level of competition. In a 5 week training cycle format an athlete will gain significant strength as well as increased technique development. With this program athletes get daily/ weekly access to Fourteen Forty coaches for gym advice, video review, and lifestyle management to help the weightlifter reach their goals.
